Review of the Royal Ballet’s triple bill of In the Golden Hour, Medusa and Flight Pattern. This was a interesting triple bill by the Royal Ballet. It balanced an easy to watch, engaging and joyous piece with two more abstract and emotional pieces to create a dance experience that the Company performed exceptionally well.

BRB dance a truly English style of ballet. You can feel the influence of Cecchetti through Ninette de Valois, through David Bintley (Director) to the Company today. But most importantly you feel their connections with each other. This company has heart and I think this is the reason BRB are so enjoyable to watch.
